Boulders in Minor League Baseball

Since their inception in 2011, the New York Boulders have seen multiple players join the ranks of affiliated baseball. On June 26, 2013, Chris Edmondson became the first Boulder to have his contract purchased by a Major League organization, signing with the Atlanta Braves and being assigned to Single-A Rome.

In 2014, three Boulders players reached affiliated clubs after playing for the Boulders. The 2015 season saw two Boulders earn a contract from a Major League affiliate, including Can-Am League Player of the Year, Joe Maloney. In 2020, former Boulders Pitcher, Justin Topa made his MLB debut with the Milwaukee Brewers.
