Rockland's Offense Rolls Against Sussex

The Rockland Boulders beat the Sussex County Miners, 9-5 at Skylands Park on Sunday. Grant Heyman had a four-RBI night to give the Boulders the win against top-ranked Sussex.

The offense got started with Grant Heyman’s three-run blast in the third inning. Chase Harris hit another home run for Rockland in the fifth inning to give the Boulders a 7-0 lead. The Boulders did not stop there. In the sixth, Rockland added two more runs to the lead on an Adam Ehrlich RBI single. Sussex scored in the sixth, seventh and ninth innings to bring the final score to 9-5. Tim Ponto was given the win.

The Boulders head home on Tuesday, June 25th to face the Cuba National team in a three-game home stand at Palisades Credit Union Park.
