The Rockland Boulders (37-41) lost the finale of their three game series to the Trois-Rivieres Aigles (48-30) 6-3. The Aigles ended up winning the final two games of this series after Rockland won the opener on Tuesday night.

The Boulders built a 3-1 lead in this game before Trois-Rivieres scored five unanswered runs to finish the game. Katsuya Senoo and Collin Ferguson each recorded two hits for Rockland, with Senoo boosting his team leading batting average to .392.

Rockland maintains its grip on the fourth and final playoff spot in the Can Am League, holding a 5.5 game lead (six in the all important loss column) over fifth place Quebec. The Boulders return home this weekend for a three game series with the first place Sussex County Miners. First pitch for Friday's series opener is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at Palisades Credit Union Park, and former New York Mets' outfielder Art Shamsky will be on hand as the Boulders honor the 1969 Miracle Mets.
