The series finale between the Rockland Boulders and New Jersey Jackals has been postponed due to rain. The two teams began play tonight, with the Boulders building a 2-0 lead in the top of the fourth inning, before a steady downpour wiped out the rest of the contest.

Since this is the final meeting of the regular season between the Boulders and Jackals, the contest will not be completed. The Boulders did pick up a series victory, winning two out of three against New Jersey, and maintain their five game lead over Ottawa for the final playoff spot in the Can-Am League.

Rockland returns home tomorrow for a three game weekend series with the Trois-Rivieres Aigles. First pitch for the opener is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at Palisades Credit Union Park.
