Ryan Ramiz drove in five runs and Jack Sundberg had four RBI as the New York Boulders downed the New Jersey Jackals, 12-6, on Thursday at Yogi Berra Stadium in Little Falls, NJ, and completed a sweep of the three-game split series.

Ramiz and Sundberg each had three hits in the victory.

The Boulders had won Tuesday and Wednesday back in Rockland County, NY.

The victory was also New York’s season-high fifth in a row.

Ramiz had a two-run double in the third inning, drove in two more runs with a fourth inning triple and knocked in one with a seventh inning single.

Meanwhile, Sundberg had a run-scoring double in the fourth and hit his second home run of the season, a three-run shot, in the fifth.

The Jackals got on the scoreboard first with an RBI single by Demetrius Moorer in the second frame. However, the Boulders would score the game’s next 10 runs to grab a nine-run lead by the middle of the fifth inning.

Marcus Mastrobuoni also homered for New York, his two-run shot in the fourth giving the Boulders a 7-1 advantage. It was Mastrobuoni’s third of the season.

Kevonte Mitchell also knocked in a run for the Boulders, while Justin Wylie hit a three-run homer, his eighth of the season, for the Jackals.

Andy Hammond got the win for New York, going six innings and allowing three runs on seven hits to go along with a walk and three strikeouts. The victory raised his mark to 3-1.

Jared Milch surrendered six runs in 3 2/3 for New Jersey to get tagged with the loss that dropped him to 1-4 on the season.
