(POMONA, NY) - For the second straight season, the Rockland Boulders will welcome the Shikoku Island League All-Stars to Pomona June 17th-19th for "Far East Weekend, presented by SHARP". The three-game series features giveaways, fireworks, live music, and the annual post-game catch on the field with Dad on Father's Day.
The weekend begins on Friday, June 17th on "Bergen Boulders Night" as the team pays homage to their fans from New Jersey by wearing special "Bergen" themed jerseys. Gates will open at 6:00pm with the first 1,000 fans in attendance receiving special light-up clappers, courtesy of Bergen Community College.
Following a 7:00pm first pitch, be sure to stick around after the game for a post-game Fireworks Extravaganza, presented by Hudson Valley Harley Davidson, and take part in some post-game karaoke in the Bud Light Bridge Bar! Saturday's festivities begin at 4:30pm with the PEAK pre-game party, featuring the band "CRUSH" performing on the Active International Plaza; a concert that will help benefit the United Hospice of Rockland. The first 1,500 fans through the gates will receive a commemorative flag, presented by SHARP, with the logos of both teams made in a material perfect for post-game autographs!

An exciting three-game series concludes on Sunday, June 19th for a special Father's Day contest, beginning at 2:00pm. The first 1,000 kids 13 and under who enter the ballpark when gates open at 1:00pm will get a special Boulders baseball, courtesy of Palisades Credit Union. They can then use the ball during our annual post-game catch on the field with Dad.
It's also another "Pups in the Park" day that every four-legged fan can enjoy! Kids 13 and Under can also run the bases after the final out, presented by Bardonia Pediatrics.
