Markus Solbach (11-4) continued his dominant season with six shutout innings to earn the Boulders an 8-1 win against the Ottawa Champions. Daniel Cordero (8-6) took the loss after giving up six runs in 4.1 innings

After Mike Fransoso and Dylan Tice singled, Cody Regis drove in the first run of the game with a base hit in the first inning. The Boulders continued the scoring going into the second. Fransoso tripled in two more runs and scored on a sac fly by Tice to give Rockland a 4-0 lead.

In the fifth, Joe Maloney smacked his 35th homer of the season with Tice on base to extend his league record and add two more runs to the Boulder lead.

New Jersey finally got on the board with a solo home run by Sebastien Boucher in the seventh inning, but Rockland quickly erased that in the eighth. They loaded the bases and a walk to Tice scored Jared McDonald. Jon Smith scored another run on an RBI single by Maloney to make the score 8-1 sealing the victory.
