For the seventh consecutive season, the Can-Am League will play host to professional teams from outside the league as part of the 2018 schedule. On Wednesday, at league meetings in Montreal, officials of the league confirmed that a national team from the Dominican Republic would play Can-Am squads for the second straight season, and the Salina Stockade of the American Association will also tour the circuit.

After the Boulders swept last season's three-game series between the squads, the Dominican Republic squad will visit Palisades Credit Union Park for a set from June 15-17, while Salina makes its first appearance for a three-game series from June 22-24.
