(POMONA, NY) – Don’t let the snow get you down – the summer of Serious. Fun. is just around the corner at the Rockland Boulders prepare for the 2018 season at Palisades Credit Union Park. Exciting promotions have already been announced with more to follow in the coming weeks.

Among the regular promotions scheduled are our Super Saturdays, featuringthe best Fireworks Extravaganza in the Hudson Valley as well as pregame bands and premium giveaways. Frosty Fridays return with $2 beers, sponsored by Bud Light, and our always-popular Family Sundays are highlighted by post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Bardonia Pediatrics, as well as Pups in the Park, sponsored by the Duke of Oil and Tune.

Special theme nights include the always-festive Pink in the Park Night (presented by Good Samaritan) on August 18, Star Wars Night on August 4, and the annual “wearing of the green” for Irish Heritage Day on July 21. Don’t miss this year’s Clarkstown Coin Giveaway on June 23, sponsored by Clarkstown Coin & Jewelry, and Military Appreciation Day with Boulders Camo Hat Giveaway, presented by the Barry Fixler Foundation returns on June 30.

Individual game tickets go on sale on April 2, but you can secure your tickets for some of our most popular games of the year with our theme packages, on sale now. Choose from the Four Leaf Clover pack, Star Wars pack, Father’s Day, Firecracker packs, and more.

“This promises to be our biggest and best season net,” notes Team President Shawn Reilly. “We’re committed to bringing our fans the best entertainment value both on and off the field, and in the coming weeks we will be adding more events  that we’re very excited about.”

Season eight of Boulders Baseball officially gets underway on Thursday, May 17, 2018, when Rockland’s team hosts the Sussex County Miners for a 6:30 pm start. In addition to their Opening Day opponent, the Boulders will face Can-Am rivals such as the New Jersey Jackals, Quebec Capitales, Ottawa Champions, and Trois-Rivieres Aigles, and Showcase opponents featuring the Dominican Republic and Salina Stockade.
